This year the Montrose FFA Chapter held their annual Spaghetti Dinner on the 14th of November, at 6:30 at the Ag Shop. The officer team started things off with opening ceremonies, followed by an invocation by Caplain, Shane Pritchett. The spaghetti for the dinner was served by the Montrose FFAAlumni. After dinner President, Germain Toll and Vice President, Andrea Flowers introduced the new Ag 1 students. Slideshows were shown of State Convention, COLT camp, Pack Trip, and MFE/ALD and were presented by various members that attended these trips. This year the Montrose chapter held a fundraiser by selling magazines. The top three salespersons were able to pie an officer of their choice. Justin Etchart pied Sara Kiniston. Jenny Moore pied Laramie Warnock, and Andrea Flowers pied Shane Pritchett. Following the officers being pied, the annual Pie and Cake auction was held. Many members entered the auction, selling beautiful or humorous cakes and pie. Rocky Bentley was auctioned off the cakes. After Shane Pritchett gave his benediction, the dinner was adjourned, follwed by a dance.
