I've bought a duplex house but till now I have not been able to do any alteration work though I have planned out a lot of things to be done. My friend works in the building game and I know he can help me achieve my goals. He has all the tools too - masonry saws, the lot.
The house does not have a bathroom on the ground floor. I want to make a bathroom by decreasing the size of the living room. I also have plans to change the flooring of the entire house. Both the bedrooms are in the first floor and I want to make a balcony in both the bedrooms so that one can sit and relax during the evenings. The entire house including the outside has to be painted. I have chalked out the entire plans of what all I will do and will start the work once I have the required budget. |
